You accept the statute written below by using the web site. Please compliance with this rules.

1. Using the Gameonade.com web site is unsolicited and free.
2. Gameonade.com is the owner of many games, that are published on web site and has all copyrights for them. Noone can copy those games without permition from Gameonade.com.
3. Other games published on Gameonade.com are allowed to copy by their respective authors.
4. You agree to display advertisings, that are located on different parts of web site by using Gameonade.com. Simultaneously you cannot block displaying the ads.
5. The main ranking is depended on user's place in the all games. For the place from 1 to 100 you get a points. The main ranking is updating for 3 hours. You can get mor or less points in main rankig.
6. The ranking in the each games is made by points score in this games - from the biggest to the smallest amount of points. If two or more players have the same amount of points, the date of saving the score is the criterion of the place in the ranking.

2. Registration

1. Registration on Gameoniade.com is free.
2. If you register on Gameoniade.com, you can use more functions, for exmaple saving the score, challenges, estimating and commening the games.
3. By registration on Gameonade.com you agree to receive a advertisng messages in amout not bigger then twice a week.
4. One person should create onlz one acount and from this acount should save the score. If you forget the password, you should contact to administrator of the web site to get back the password.
5. For the users, who marked "Newsletter" option can be sent e-mail masseges with news, that appear on Gameonade.com web site.
6. The users, who marked "Challenge" option, can be sent e-mail masseges from the others users by automatic system on Gameonade.com.
7. Gameonade.com can remove account, when the user is breaking the rules written in this terms.
8. Gameonade.com can remove the comments, accounts or scores without giving the reason and without early-warning.
9. Comments, add by users, will be added to the web site after acceptation by the moderators

3. Forbidden behaviour on web site

1. You cannot interfere in way of saving the score in the games to get better score. If not your account can be blocked and in the special situation (for example competition with awards) can be reported to the police.
2. You cannot write offensive or illegal comments to the user's country of origin.
3. You cannot give information and permission to account to third party.
4. You cannot put pictures (avatars), that are offensive or pornographic.
5. You cannot copy games, that are not prepared for this purpose. Only those games, that can be downloaded, can be published to the other web sites.
